Turkey student visa process
To get a Turkish student visa, you first need to be accepted into a recognized program at a Turkish university, as you can only apply once you have an official acceptance letter. After that, schedule an appointment at your nearest Turkish embassy or consulate to begin the application process.
At your appointment, complete and sign the student visa application form and submit it along with all required documents. Once your application is submitted, wait for a decision — in many cases, you can track the status of your application online through the consulate’s website.
When you arrive in Turkey, make sure to apply for a residence permit within one month to remain legally in the country for the duration of your studies.
